Our Artists/Teachers
Amanda Tepe is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from CalArts and holds a Master of the Arts in Educational Theatre from NYU. Amanda has been a proud teaching artist to students of all ages in greater Los Angeles for close to 10 years.
Jonathan Townsager is a graduate of the Theatre program at Western Illinois University. He has been involved with teaching theatre since 2000 when he left home for a job with the Missoula Childrens Theatre which took him to 30 some states in two years, as well as Germany and Italy. Lovingly, he wishes that everyone will never forget their childlikeness.
Ilana Turner has been an arts educator for the past five years with Bluepalm and happy to expand this title with ECT. She studied child development alongside her theater arts degree at Humboldt State University and has been focusing on the synthesis of education, the arts, and her love of nature ever since.
Darcy Weinberger attended the Los Angeles City College Theatre Academy for three years. After her experiences of living in Idaho, New Mexico and up and down the coast of California, she settled herself in Los Angeles where her life was sparked by the world of the Theatre Academy and the thrill of each performance she played.
Darcy is honored to now be apart of this ECT family.
